Return policy:

 

Consignment Purchases:

Due to the nature of consignment, there are NO returns. However, please refer to our sizing guide on our website that will help you identify if the item(s) you are interested in will fit you.

Boutique & StyleMe Sport Purchases:

Any item from our Boutique or StyleMe Sport Collection can be exchanged ONLY if the original tags haven't been removed and the product has not be worn or damaged. 

All exchanged items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days upon receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the shipping back to you. If the denied return is not claimed within 30 business days, it will be donated. We do not issue refunds. After you receive your item and it does not fit, please email us at stylemeresale@gmail.com to let us know. Please include your name, phone number, and shipping address. We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to us via mail. 

Non-Returnable Items: 

There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable. 

  • Clearance Items
  • Final Sale Items 
  • Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted

Processing Time:

Once we receive your exchange request via email, it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for us to contact you for the new item/size requested. 

Damaged Items: 

If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 3 business days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. Please DO NOT just send it back. Email stylemeresale@gmail.com with pictures and a description of the damage, also be sure to include a picture of your invoice.

All clearance items and final sales items are FINAL.
